My mother, told me you were born, under a black sun.
What is that supposed to mean to me now?
As I continue to be myself in this endless stream I'm not sure,
If this is what I want.
But every time you look around and ask for,
Assistance no one will want to go.
There are people who are will to take,
Your place in the endless flow.
And then she says to you, this is all you're gonna be.
And so she lied to you, saying this is what you're gonna see.
And so I'm letting a tiny piece of myself out so that the world can see.
And I'm subletting out an apartment in hopes that maybe I can be me.
But every time you go and try to ask for.
Something that you don't already know.
Be aware that there are people who will,
Take your place and you won't even know.
Everything and I mean everything that I've wanted to know,
Has appeared before me.
And with it comes this endless string of people who want answers.
Though I'm an adult, there are things that even I don't know yet.
And this is as far as I go.
But every time you go and try to answer,
That is not what you will always know.
There are people who will let you ask for help.
There are people who will watch you fall.
And then she says to you, this is all you're gonna be.
And so she lied to you, saying this is what you're gonna see.
And so I'm letting a tiny piece of myself out so that the world can see.
And I'm subletting out an apartment in hopes that maybe I can be me.
I will not fall now,
I will not know.
I will let,
I will not forget.
But every time you want to go and ask for,
Help from somebody you do not know.
Expect that they are going to take advantage
Of everything you have tried to know.
And then you try, to do your best,
And then you end up, just like the rest.
And then she says to you, this is all you're gonna be.
And so she lied to you, saying this is what you're gonna see.
And so I'm letting a tiny piece of myself out so that the world can see.
And I'm subletting out an apartment in hopes that maybe I can be me.
